Hot Jawn Fried Chicken Sandwich

Penn told us how he decided to make this incredibly delicious Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich. "For this, instead of buttermilk or egg dredge I thinned out the Hot Jawn with water and marinated it, then coated, fried, and finished with more sauce."

He also said his inspiration for this dish was a variation of one he'd seen in a vegetarian cookbook, where they did something similar with tofu.
